Meet Susan Waddell

What I Offer

Over the years, Susan Waddell has crafted a successful legal career as a civil trial lawyer in Virginia state and Federal courts. Susan’s experience includes working in complex litigation matters, such as medical malpractice and products liability, and she has contributed articles and legal memoranda to The University of Alabama Law Review for decades. Currently, Susan uses her skills in legal research, writing, and legal strategy to assist Campbell Law PC's team in the representation of clients damaged by fraudulent termite prevention agreements.

My Mission

For Susan, creating impactful work that helps people is her driving motivation as a lawyer. Of returning to Alabama and joining the termite team, Susan says, “Working with such a fantastic group of Alabama lawyers, working on such meaningful cases is wonderful.”

On a Personal Note

Susan cherishes time with family and has recently renovated her grandparents’ farmhouse in north Alabama, where many of her kin reside. Susan is a voracious reader of fiction and nonfiction, and she relaxes by playing guitar and piano.
