After graduating with honors from law school, I began my legal career in healthcare finance - representing hospitals, health systems, and post-acute care facilities in Alabama, Florida, Mississippi, and North Carolina. During the four years prior to joining Campbell Law PC, I was the managing attorney of the arbitration division for a nationwide consumer protection firm where I sharpened my skills in alternative dispute resolution.
While I enjoy the legal research and writing that accompany practicing law, I also see myself as a manager of people, processes, and projects. I’ve earned a reputation for building leaders, creating efficiencies, and reducing costs. I have a particular interest in client acquisition, and I developed a system that finds, qualifies, and converts over 60 percent of leads into retained clients. Our industry average is 16 percent. I am happy to exercise my skills and interests for the good of our clients at Campbell Law PC while expanding the firm’s reach and helping even more people.
I have been married to my wife, Julie Pounders, for 16 years. We live in Homewood with our two dogs, Penny and BeBe. We love the outdoors and hiking. When not outdoors, we are avid antique collectors—especially vintage vinyl.
